Brad Bagan - Associate Head Coach | Recruiting Coordinator | Director of Goalkeeping

Now in his third year on Coach Reasso’s staff at Combine Academy, Coach Bagan brings over 15 years of coaching experience at some of the country’s top youth clubs and six years of college coaching, including helping NCAA Division I University of North Carolina at Greensboro capture the 2015 Southern Conference Championship.

 

During the 2024–25 season, he was entrusted with leading Combine’s Royal Team, guiding them to one of the best UPSL Premier records in the program’s young history and its first playoff appearance in three seasons. This year, he takes on a new challenge with the Combine Futures Group, focusing on shaping the academy’s youngest players into confident, competitive, and well-rounded student athletes.

A lifelong advocate for player development, Coach Bagan has helped more than 50 athletes move on to NCAA Division I programs, 15 to professional leagues across the globe, and two to become first-round MLS Draft picks. Still, he is quick to point out that the journey is never about him:

 

“My job is to meet players halfway. I can show them the path, but it’s up to them to choose to walk it if they want to be successful.”
