Each day clients are provided with the following 3 sessions to improve their athletic ability and prowess:
- Skill Development Session
- Competition Session Amongst Other Athletes
- Strength and Conditioning Session or Yoga/Agility/Regeneration Session (Depending Upon the Day)
7:00am: Training
9:00am: Training
1:00pm: Weights/Recruitment Seminars
6:00pm: Scrimmages
11:00pm: Curfew (Lights Out)
